Coliseum bosses change daily at 12:00 am PST, and so will their tactics, so make sure you utilize different party formations if you’re having a hard time. 

While you’ll face different bosses as you continue to play the Coliseum, they rotate on a daily basis. The different bosses will not affect your Tier or Reward progression.
