The Overtime Phase is only available during the highest tier in Coliseum. If you’re not in the final tier, you will not have access to the Overtime Phase.

In order to make the leaderboard competitive, players who get 100% during the highest tier get extra time to deal as much damage as they can to increase their score on the leaderboard.
