If your game progress disappeared, don’t worry—we’ll try to help you get back on track. Recovery depends on how your game was saved.

First, check how you were signed in

You can recover your progress by logging back into the account it was linked to. Try signing in with the same account you used before:

  • EA Account
  • Facebook
  • Google (Android)
  • Apple ID (iOS)

If you reinstall the game or switch to a new device, make sure to log in with the correct account during setup.

Tip: If you’re not sure which account you used, check your email inboxes for receipts, confirmation emails, or past EA Account info.

If you played as a Guest

If you played without linking your game to an account (Guest mode), your progress may be lost when reinstalling or switching devices. We always recommend linking your game to an EA Account or social account to keep your data safe.

If you can’t log into the right account:

  1. Open the game.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Select Help or Contact Us to send a support ticket.
  4. Include any of the following to help us find your account:
    • your EA Account email or associated platform ID
    • a screenshot of your player ID or in-game name (if you have it)
    • proof of purchase (like a receipt from your app store).
