Muting or reporting a player
If you’re having trouble with another player in your Guild, but it’s not something you would report them for, the first thing to do is let your Guild Leader know about it.
They can decide if they want to remove the other player from the Guild. Kicking a player is ultimately the Guild Leader’s decision, we can’t force them to remove anyone. Remember, you don’t have to stay in a Guild with someone who isn’t fun to play with. You can always join another Guild or start one of your own.
If a player is harassing you, you can also mute them and/or report them to us.
Here’s how:
- Tap on a player to bring up their profile from Chat, your Guild/Ally rosters, or invites.
- Tap Mute/Report.
- If you just don’t want to see the player in Chat anymore, tap Mute.
- If you want to Mute them and report them, tap Mute and Report.
- Choose the Report Category: Offensive Language, Offensive Name, or Cheating.
- Tap Confirm.
- Tap Report.
