If you’ve traded in some of your Play Points for a Small or Large Galactic Advancement Kit, it can take a few hours for the Kit to appear on your account in-game.
Here’s how to make sure everything’s working as it should:
- You got a Success message on Google Play when you redeemed your Play Points.
- You got an email to your Google Play email address with a receipt for your purchased Galactic Advancement Kit.
- You restarted the game if it was open when you redeemed the points.
- When a Kit is added to your account, you get two messages in-game:
- A pop-up message telling you you’ve successfully redeemed your Google Play Points.
- A message in your inbox titled Transaction Successfully Processed which shows the items you received and has a Dismissbutton on it.
If you’ve waited 24 hours and you haven’t seen the messages from Step 4, get your Proof of Purchase ready and contact us.
