We can’t investigate bans or suspensions issued before January 24, 2024 under SW:GOH’s previous investigation system.

Abuse, harassment, and cheating are against our rules. If you break the rules, you’ll get an in-game notification telling you whether the action on your account is a suspension or a permanent ban. If you were suspended, the notification will let you know how much time remains on your suspension before you’ll be able to play again.
